Thank you so much for all your help with selling my house.  You really went beyond and above the call of duty!

My house was a difficult sell because it was a dryvit (synthetic stucco). I had it listed with an agent for many months before you took over the sale for me. I feel certain that I could have sold the house a lot more quickly had the other agent taken more time to provide valuable information regarding comparables(similar houses sold in my area).  You took the time to sit down with me to explain and present comparables, and based on that information, I was able to set the price so the house could sell. You also recommended that I purchase a moisture warranty.

I have sold several houses and never had a realtor like you.  Since I had moved to another city, you would come to the house before showings to make sure everything looked clean and would place special touches out like flowers. Having the house listed at the right price and the moisture warranty was just what it took to get an offer.  Not only did I get an offer, I got two!

Additionally, you have so much integrity which is so rare for real estate agents. You truly care about your clients and not just making a commission.

I would highly recommend you to everyone that would like to buy or sell a house in Birmingham.
